Founder Advice
Many new founders ask users, βDo you like this?β or βWould you use this?β Thatβs a mistake.
If your product really solves a big, painful problem, people wonβt just give feedback, theyβll want to use it immediately. Theyβll ask to pay. Theyβll deal with bugs. Why? Because they need it.
So instead of asking for opinions, ask this:
βWhat would go wrong in your business tomorrow if this didnβt exist?β
If the answer is βNothing,β youβre solving the wrong problem.
You donβt need 100 people who like your idea.
You need 3 people who canβt live without it.
Thatβs how real startups grow.
