Founder Advice

Many new founders ask users, β€œDo you like this?” or β€œWould you use this?” That’s a mistake. If your product really solves a big, painful problem, people won’t just give feedback, they’ll want to use it immediately. They’ll ask to pay. They’ll deal with bugs. Why? Because they need it. So instead of asking for opinions, ask this: β€œWhat would go wrong in your business tomorrow if this didn’t exist?” If the answer is β€œNothing,” you’re solving the wrong problem. You don’t need 100 people who like your idea. You need 3 people who can’t live without it. That’s how real startups grow.
