Founder Advice
One piece of advice I wish I had known before becoming a founder is that momentum is more important than perfection. Early on, I spent too much time refining every detail—product features, branding, pitch decks—when I should’ve been focused on fast iterations, validating assumptions with real users, and shipping consistently. Progress creates opportunities, attracts talent, and keeps morale high. In the beginning, done truly is better than perfect.
