Test before building. Don’t develop a product or service based on assumptions—launch with an MVP. This goes completely against my nature, as I’m usually well-prepared and can get perfectionistic about the details. But when it comes to testing demand, it’s crucial: launch with the bare minimum and optimize from there. That’s exactly the approach we’re taking with our digital products. It allows us to stay flexible, pivot, or even scrap ideas entirely without losing weeks in the process. I had to learn this the hard way more than once, so I can’t emphasize it enough: Test with MVPs, move quickly, stay adaptable.
